JANINE DILAURO currently holds the position of Vice President at Wachovia working in Risk Management Services for Commercial Lending. Prior to that, Janine held the position of Operational Risk Specialist at Risk Management Association. Previously, she was Director of Research at Grant Thornton LLP and Vice President with an international investment banking Firm. Janine holds a Master's Degree in Finance from St. Joseph's University. Janine opened and co-owned Molletta, an upscale clothing store in Old City.

NICOLE D. GALLI is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Pepper Hamilton LLP, a national multi-practice law firm. She focuses her practice on intellectual property disputes and other complex commercial litigation. Nicole is active in community, civic and professional activities and has been recognized for her achievements. In 2003, she was named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s “40 Under 40”, received the Forum Award from the Forum of Executive Women and was named as one of the “Lawyers on the Fast Track” in Pennsylvania by American Lawyer Media.
Currently, Nicole is a member of the PWR Advisory Committee, as well as the Advisory Board of The Career Wardrobe, a local nonprofit. She serves as Second Vice President and a member of the board of directors of Dance Affiliates, which co-presents the Dance Celebration series at the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg Center, as well as other dance programs in the region. She is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia, where she is active in a number of groups and committees, as well as the Forum of Executive Women and WIN. Nicole is also an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association where she was a founder of and serves as co-chair of the Association’s Women in Intellectual Property Committee (a sub-committee of the Association’s Intellectual Property Committee). She also is a member of and serves on several committees for the Federal Circuit Bar Association, and is a member of the Justinian Society, as well as the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.

SUSAN BAREN-PEARSON, formerly Associate Marketing Director, America's Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals for IBM and has over 12 years of private sector and non-profit experience in marketing communications and magazine publishing.
Susan has successfully melded her professional and personal interests (building alliances among diverse constituencies and program development as it relates to special events and business development) into an invigorating marketing career. Susan also has had rewarding volunteer experiences, having served several non-profit entities. Currently, she is an active advisory member, a founding member of the Young Women’s Initiative and previously a Campaign co-chair for Women’s Way.
